The brand-new Honda Trail 125 ABS, introducing a healthy dose of practical design and hassle-free technology, is about to arrive this spring. Honoring the past while adapting easily to modern lifestyles, the Honda motorcycle resurrects a revered brand in miniMOTO form. Introduced in 2019 as a concept model at the 46th Tokyo Motor Show, nearly 60 years after the original 1961 Trail 50 was released, this model will introduce riders to the thrills of riding on pavement and backroads alike.

Honda's designers have kept the iconic aesthetic, simplicity and ruggedness of the CT-series machines, while giving it a modern upgrade for the Trail 125. The semi-automatic, air-cooled 125cc four-stroke, single-cylinder engine is equipped with PGM-fuel Injection, electric start, a full LED lighting package and disc brakes with front wheel ABS. Additionally, this bike offers backup kick start, high air intake, upswept exhaust, spoked rims, standard skid plate and cargo rack to add to its ruggedness - readying it for any adventure big or small.

The design and engineering of the Honda Trail 125 ABS meld iconic style and modern prowess. At the heart of this miniMOTO machine is a 125cc, four-stroke single-cylinder overhead-camshaft engine, with programmed fuel injection (PGM-FI) for efficient performance in any conditions. The semi-automatic transmission, heel-toe shifter and no clutch lever makes gear changes an effortless process between the four available speeds.

The Trail 125 pays homage to its forebears with symbolic elements such as the upswept muffler, air-cleaner cover, fuel tank, rear carrier, steel front fender, turn signals, foot pegs and handgrips to ensure timeless styling.

High air intake, upswept exhaust and skid plate guarantee durability against dirt and water when tackling offroad terrain. Handling and control come courtesy of front and rear disc brakes with front wheel ABS while spoked rims add charm to this motorcycle’s form.
